竣工美装 Post Construction Cleaning
創業以来、長崎県は素より、佐賀・福岡・北九州・久留米・沖縄とあらゆる土地でスーパーゼネコン様など大手建設業者様の竣工美装を務めさせて頂きました。
大型リゾートホテル、庁舎・文化・医療・教育・商業施設、大型マンション、空港、オフィス・工場等、様々な竣工美装から養われた経験を活かし、建設業者様を初め、 他の業者様と一体となり、美装業者としてのお仕事を全うさせて頂きます。
Since our foundind, we have been serving post consturction cleaning for major consturction companies at Nagasaki・Saga・Fukuoka・Okinawa prefecture (including Kitakyushu and Kurume city).
The facilities we have served are resort hotel, government/education/medical/commercial building, apartment, airport, office building, and factories. With cooperating with construction companies and other traders, we will do the best work as a post construction cleaner with our pride.
定期清掃 Regular Cleaning
商業・レジャー・医療施設、オフィスやホテルなど、日常の清掃では汚れを取り切れず、一定期間ごとに、積り積もった汚れを落とすお仕事です。 特によくお聞きすることは、水回りの汚れやカビ。尿石やカビは、お客様を不快な気持ちにさせるだけでなく、飲食施設などにおいては、お客様を遠ざけてしまう原因にもなりかねません。
特にカビ問題は、アメリカでは最近慢性蓄膿症や肺炎等、カビが原因の病気の訴訟問題が多発しております。温泉などの入浴施設や、商業施設のエアコンもその対象になっております。 美装業者は、使用する”洗剤”でも、専門の洗剤を使いますので、同じ”清掃”でも、仕事の質が違ってきます。
また定期清掃の間隔が長くなればなるほど、どんなにいい美装技術でも、汚れやカビを落とすのに通常よりも時間がかかったり、場合によっては汚れ・カビが取れなくなります。 その場合、綺麗な状態を再現するには、備品等の買替を余儀なくされます。必要以上の出費を防ぐ為にも、定期的な清掃をお勧め致します。

Regular cleaning service is the one which you cannot clean out the stains by the daily cleaning for commercial/leisure/medical building, offices, or hotels. Especially, bathroom is the most important. Urine stone and mold always make people not only feel uncomfortable, but also they keep the customers away from your business.
Please remember that if the span between the regular cleaning service is longer than usual, it makes difficult or takes more time to remove the stains than usual, or it sometimes makes it impossible to clean out the target even though we have the best skill. In that case, you may need to replace the items (toilet, kitchen, floor, carpet, etc.) Not to use unnecessary expenses, we recommend you to do regular cleaning service for once in a good fixed period of time.
If there is a something which you cannot clean out by other traders, please contact with us before you replace it by new ones.
退去清掃 Move-In/Out Cleaning
主に賃貸物件等、退去後や入居前にお部屋を清掃させて頂くことです。
特に際立った汚れは、キッチン周りの油汚れ、トイレの尿石、お風呂場や洗面所周りの水垢・石鹸カス・カビ等。 これらの汚れは、例えば金属たわしで力任せにとれる場合もありますが、傷がつく場合が多いです。三美光は、これらの汚れを傷をつけず、汚れだけを取ることに専念しております。
大手会社を含め、15,000件以上ある美装業者様、全てが同じではございません。他の業者様で取れない汚れがある場合は、ご連絡下さい。入居者様の為に、汚れがなく、できるだけ新品に近い快適な環境を生み出すよう、務めさせて頂きます。

We are serving professional move-in/out cleaning in Nagasaki prefecture.
